Join the fun and win big! We have partnered with Cordarius Wayne, ATC, of Wilson Ortho & Sports Medicine to host an 80 day community weight loss challenge! Initial weigh in will be held April 3^rd 7:30am-5pm at the Greater Minden Chamber! Challenge will include a pre and post weigh-in, health tips, info on fitness, and prizes for even more motivation! We will measure body fat, weight, and waist size to determine your health goals.  Winners will be determined by the percentage of weight loss. Trip location and cash prizes are based on the number of participants. Money contributed will be split between the winners. Winners will be Announced June 22^nd!
