Election Info

Early voting is Oct. 25 through Nov. 1 (excluding Sunday, Oct. 30) from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
ELECTION DATE NOVEMBER 8, 2022

The Greater Minden Chamber would like to thank all of the candidates who participated in our two political forums. All candidates running for Minden Mayor, Minden Chief of Police, Minden City Council Districts A,B,C,D,E and Webster Parish School Board Representatives in District 4,6,8 were invited to participate in the forums as well as fill out the above questionnaires.

The Chamber hosted these forums, and offered these questionnaires, in effort to help the voters make an informed decision before going to the polls. If a candidate has “n/a” listed for answers, we did not receive any information from them.

We would like to thank Dr. Earl Meador and staff at Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College – NLTCCMinden Campus for being a wonderful host. A special thanks to Mark Chreene with KASO/KBEF Radio for running sound and livestreaming our two forums, as well as Melissa Fox who did a fantastic job moderating our forums.

If you were unable to attend, you can find the two candidate forum livestreams on our chamber Facebook page.

Early voting is Oct. 25 through Nov. 1 (excluding Sunday, Oct. 30) from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
