Sign up to compete in the Jambin’ on Main Jambalaya Cookoff on Saturday, November 8th, held in the alley on Main — the lively space between Under Dawgs Sports Grill and Swan & Crow Tattoo Parlor in downtown Minden!
Your $100 registration secures your team’s spot for a day of food, fun, & friendly competition. Teams can include up to four members & will also provide samples to the public during the People’s Choice Tasting from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

1st Place: $1,000 cash prize, engraved pot, and plaque
