HOST RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide food (hors d’oeuvre & beverages)
- Get your employees involved
- Plan for approximately 50+ people to attend
- Send us a high resolution logo and basic description of your business
- Offer a door prize or two
- Have fun!
CHAMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Chamber Ambassadors to assist in gathering additional prizes and greeting people
- Social media: event listed and posted before and during event
- Customized direct mail piece mailed to all Chamber members
- Tuesday Touchpoint to include info on event weeks before event
- Event listed on Chamber website
- Event listed on Chamber LED sign
