HOST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Book your month with us
  • Provide food (hors d’oeuvre & beverages)
  • Get your employees involved
  • Plan for approximately 50+ people to attend
  • Send us a high resolution logo and basic description of your business
  • Offer a door prize or two
  • Have fun!

CHAMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Chamber Ambassadors to assist in gathering additional prizes and greeting people
  • Social media: event listed and posted before and during event
  • Customized direct mail piece mailed to all Chamber members
  • Tuesday Touchpoint to include info on event weeks before event
  • Event listed on Chamber website
  • Event listed on Chamber LED sign
