In Northwest Louisiana brains matter. We take workforce training and development seriously. In 2007 Alliance Northwest conducted a comprehensive labor survey. We developed a website that reflects our findings and provides a portal for interconnection with employers, employees and educators to maximize the communication of all parties that create our regional economy.
