What’s better than spring in Louisiana? A good old fashion Cochon de Lait! For those of you who are not from around here, that’s a Cajun whole hog Bar B Que. It will be held at the Krewe des Ambassadeurs den on April 29th. The party starts at 2 pm. There will be games (Captain Tim says nothing too physical) that everyone can participate in. Games will be played until about 4 and then we eat (and we all know how good we are at that!). The food will consist of the roasted pig, buns if you want to make a pig sandwich, beans, potato salad, hamburgers and hot dogs! We ask that everyone bring a dessert! There will be a variety of sodas, tea and water. If you want an alcoholic drink please bring them! After we eat we welcome everyone to stick around for a few games of bingo and krewe comradeship! Everyone is invited and we ask that you bring friends and family and hopefully we can add a few new members to our KDA family!
