This program is all about learning how to cook and prepare meals for one or two individuals.

After you register for the class you will be sent a meeting link within 48 hours.

Class Objectives: 
•Identify strategies to overcome barriers to cooking for one or two
•Increase familiarity of using MyPlate to help with meal planning
•Increase awareness of safe food preparation
•Recommended intake and how to incorporate different food groups according to MyPlate
•Appropriate cooking tools to prepare simple, semi-homemade recipes
•Importance of following safe food preparation methods
•Planning for grocery shopping and items to stock up on

The virtual program will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12 Noon

The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 5 P.M.
